tuff•plate diamond-plate baseboard. It is designed to give snap-together floors like RaceDeck a finished, professional edge, and can do the same for any floor.
The angle of the baseboard covers up to .5" gap – the space needed for expansion of floating floors – and speeds up installation by also covering uneven cut edges.
Each piece is 8' long and 4.5" high made of 4.5 mil aluminum with a chrome polished, diamond-plate face. Because each situation is different, tuff•plate allows you to choose the installation method. Double-faced permanent adhesive foam tape is supplied, but not affixed to the material.
Tuff•Plate aluminum diamond-plate baseboard cuts and drills just like wood trim. Cutting blades specified for use with sheet metal are recommended.
