Instrument panel cover replacement

The plastic cover, for lack of a better description, over the instrument panel on my '93 is fogged up in the center. It looks like somebody probably tried to clean it with something that scratched or otherwise damaged the plastic. Does anyone know how involved it is to replace it, and where there may be a source for a replacement?

You could also try to polish it back to clear

I'll give that a try. I didn't think it was possible, but I've seen some convincing videos where there were good results.

I drop my steering column when I need to take the cluster out. No need to mess with the airbag.
