Vettes having electrical issues

Hey Guys , Ive been meaning to post this for weeks now - too much OT at work , anyway . The Vette has a few things happening it started out with the seat belt lites stay on , then INFI ( If Im remembering correctly ) , then the brake lines wont come on, now the head light high beams indicator stays on. Im suspecting grounding issues?? any thoughts? any ideas where I should start? Im also thinking having it sit and not driving it is an issue - It maybe gets out once a year for 10 miles etc Im too the point something needs done before it burns something up ( computer etc ) Thanks for any help.
PS is there a special tool to get the tail lite lenses off?

With all those random things popping up, GROUNDING comes to mind for me too. And, the two main ground posts (under the MAP area would be my first place to conduct a routine "R&R" and get it out of the way before further troubleshooting begins.

Before you remove the lugs for wire brushing and coating with dielectric grease, I suggest you gather the wires up with a tie-wrap to prevent them from escaping! Once they are serviced you may have solved your problem. But, if something remains, then you can refer to the electrical section of the FSM and start there. (You DO have a copy of the FSM, yes?)

There are two major grounding points at the top of the engine block where it meets the bellhousing, roughly under the MAP sensor, to the left and right, behind the wiring loom that runs across that area. They are a pain to get to being somewhat tucked under the firewall. For best access you can remove the plenum. That said, I would first consult a wiring diagram to see if these items have any grounding points in common.
