Re: 1990 ZR-1 'Active Suspension' Z5Z VIN & RPO
This image is a complete RPO list that's based on 1990 Production compared to 16,016 that had potential year & model matches.
The RPO that match the 17 only Z5Z cars are other than the Z5Z (Active...

Re: 1990 ZR-1 'Active Suspension' Z5Z VIN & RPO
This is I believe a correct VIN list for the Active Suspension Builds. I've had GM VIS run on a few but have confirmed option content on all. Some of these actually seem to have had the Seat Belt...

Do you know for a fact that the 'system' actually has been operational in the recent past? It certainly can be repaired/replaced but as has been mentioned there's certainly 'better' more...

Re: Fuel Pumps for my 92 ZR-1
I don't believe that any of the TI brand pumps are fabricated in either Brazil or China. The majority of the product line I believe is UAW made in Caro, MI.
TI bought the very popular Walbro brand...

Re: VIN of the first ZR-1 sold to the pubic
#20 is certainly an interesting piece!
It's actually a European Export , w/MAE (330), w/U19, UL2 and the required.
Adding w/81U, w/733, (51) + w/C2L (30) + w/24S (13).
Thomas - I...

1990 ZR-1 'Active Suspension' Z5Z VIN & RPO
I didn't find a particularly obvious place for this post so I thought I'd just create a 'NEW' Thread.
I fabricated a VIN list of the '90 Z5Z 'Active Suspension' cars and I've compiled RPO lists...

Re: CCM part# and interchange info needed
The most recent GM service replacement for both the '95 (16223622) and the 16230561 was an 88961152. That doesn't mean or should be thought to 'imply' that original product could be swapped.

Re: Rear leaf spring
Your 'container' will be shipped from where? I've shipped many items to various locations using a shipping service here and I only paid the fee to the city where it shipped from.

I wouldn't think you'd have an issue sourcing an appropriate spring much closer to you.

That's why I suggested a 'conversation' with maybe the fabricator. Marc is also a good choice! If you don't have the 'switch' and the IGN power i'd think you have...

Re: Black Tag going into '94 Z
A '94 if original would be a 'black tag' and have a lift ring i believe. 3 I've seen were. Is the 081 'blue'? I've no idea. If you've a known good 'maybe' OE release bearing swapping the guide tube...

A conversation is certainly less expensive and a 'non-destructive' start I'd think. The harness sounds as if it was a somewhat 'generic' fabrication. Much might depend on the ECM pinning that's...

Perhaps the harness fabricator using this wiring diagram can explain how to accomplish what -=JEFF=- suggested. Or perhaps have the PROM 'modded'! A PROM mod might certainly be more practical.
