Well, my 84 Z51, jack handle/lug wrench was, if I recall correct and maybe not, was on top of the radiator shroud.
My 91 and 94 (most likely true for 92, 93 and 95) had the jack handle/ lug wrench...

Oil pressure reading is strictly rough order of magnitude. Your readings are good. My 94 reads about the same. Pressure reading will drop a little when the weather warms up.
