I built my own a while back and it bolts in at the upper seat belt bolt and also at the roof carrier mounting points. ( 4 points of attachment ) I am pretty sure I still have your number...

I have the passenger side tensioner out and can't see anything out of the ordinary in so far as wear goes. However, in an attempt to reset it... it won't reset. I tried it twice and neither time...
