Sorry I know this is an old thread.
So if one is converting their 1990 ZR1 to R134a the charge should be between 27 oz. and 28.8 oz., correct?
Do you know what the proper high side...

r12 to r134a conversion question
I recall that I read somewhere that it takes less R134a to charge the system than R12. Does anyone have information on the amount of R134A is needed for a full charge in a 1990 ZR1 AC system?

I tried to charge the system using the FSM procedure, no luck. Unfortunately there is no one locally which can work on a R12 car, good old NYS has banned R12 Freon and gives heavy fines to mechanics...

They appear to be NLA at Corvette Central. I believe they were GM part # 10180847 for the 91 to 96 MY.
