Re: WTB: Borla center muffler in 2.5"
Sorry, didn't mean to imply you were asking too much for the piece - certainly worth it, just can't justify it for a trial setup that I'm not sure I'll be keeping.
Most of the sound control in the...

Re: WTB: Borla center muffler in 2.5"
Thanks for the offer, but I'm not looking to spend that much right now as I'm only doing an experiment. This is for my Callaway, and I want to try running a center muffler (and maybe something more...

Re: Is a Borla Challenge Exhaust system desirable?
Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I have the challenge setup with 2 3/4" piping. The muffler doesn't look like it necks down, though you can't see the transition between pipe and muffler because...

Is a Borla Challenge Exhaust system desirable?
I have a set that's new in the box, and I bought it some time ago to put on my Guldstrand GS-80 car (450hp 388ci solid roller L98 derived, single-plane EFI, Traco Headers, etc.).
However, this...

Re: Lingenfelter Zr-1 on Mecum site
Congrats! I figured someone had to know what they were bidding on as the auctioneer didn't even mention Lingenfelter or Dymag! Those wheels are probably worth 1/4 of the purchase price alone, and...

Hey Lee, did you check out the '87 Callaway for $12.5k that I sent you? Looked a lot better than the one in GA.

Re: Need Help with Rim Selection
I have a set of Gen 1's with 11" wide rears that are straight, crack-free ready to be refinished. pm or email me if interested. The best wheel for the '90 ZR-1 IMO, very few out there.

Check this craigslist ad out:
http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/cto/2368280550.html
"Z07 performance package"
"5.7L V8 350!"
Looks like an LT5 under the hood, but no mention of...

Re: '91 ZR-1 for <$10k
Hmm, I saw it - (360)386-8825 (which would be right for the Marysville, WA area), refreshed and then it was gone. I just called for fun, and it sounds legit. The pictures in the ad aren't of the...

Re: '91 ZR-1 for <$10k
Careful, though - the engine and interior pic were lifted from Matt Garret's (?) site - used to go by Ultra Slow on the Callaway board. But, the (nonexistent) NW sun is pretty easy on GM interiors;...

'91 ZR-1 for <$10k
No affiliation with the seller but came across this on the Seattle craigslist. One of the cheaper Z's I've seen that doesn't appear to be a total beater. This one looks like a decent high-miler.

I thought you want to prevent outgassing after the PC is applied - have to cool gradually versus just pulling them out of the oven.
