Find yourself an electronics supply store. Get them to measure the resistance of the pellet in the key. Buy a 1/4 watt resistor as close to that value as you can. Resistors can be added in series,...

I think the change happened when the cooling pods changed, which my rusty brain thinks was in '90. The '86 cooling pods are hand laid fiberglass that were so "unique" that the underside of the hood...

there were two white/ red interior ones. I've got the docs in my files at home in a box somewhere. There was a Dark Blue Met. one also. I'm only talking about cars that I've had in my hands at one...

This was from an '88 I believe, long before ASR. They also had LTPWS in them. I installed this DIC in an '85 that belonged to a friend, its running around somewhere, lol.

found a pic of one of the early DIC diaplays, shows "Electronic Throttle Control" in lieu of "Full Power" Its in the spot next to the battery symbol.

What happened to the Yellow '89 that was to be raffled by the NCM? At some stage "they" claimed an issue because of the "X" digit in the VIN....

just start off by mounting ZR-1 doors to the chassis, then put the door jamb extensions and lower panel on (the one that goes in front of the wheels with the body molding in it. The ZR-1 quarters...
