AC Compressor Shutting Off

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue... Every time the coolant temp reaches ~212 degrees F, the AC compressor shuts off and does not turn back on until the coolant temp cools to ~195-200...

Found out the car had original injectors. Replaced them with brand new Delphi ones and got a chip installed at SGC. Car runs great now. Thanks for your input everyone!
