Jeff, yes, removed bad battery, everything I could. Sprayed baking soda, wiped till it was all gone. Had to replace new conduit that was eaten away protecting the wires that runs under the battery...

Was it the Mega-Tron Plus 75 Automotive Battery Six-Year Performance 700 CCA? If the Deco battery is an issue other than normal wear then will go with Interstate.
