Default Belt Tensioner Pulley

Billet aluminum pulley has a nice bearing that is held in place by a c-clip. I do not see a c-clip on stock bearing. No particular advantage other than that and both Aluminum and plastic will prolly last equally

If you install an aluminum pulley with c-clip which c-clip is installed against boss on tensioner.......you have to touch up boss with file so c-clip does not touch boss as pulley rotates.

I am assuming spring on L98 tensioner is same? I did have one tensioner on shelf with stronger spring starting out at 25 lbs vice 17 lbs (1 out of 4).

You can measure tensioner torque using fish scale or bow pull (archery) from any outdoor store.
