Default Re: The CPCC TEAM TROPHY...

Details...

Well, perhaps the owners can provide specifics, so I'll attempt to hit the highlights and corrections...

Kevin's car is a 1990 with an AES closed deck motor, Bryant stroker crank, fully ported, sleeved to 441 cid, headers, 3" exhausts, 4L60E xmission with a locking converter, built, tuned, and assembled by Pete, Bob Gillig, and AES.

Bob's LT5 also has an AES closed deck conversion and similar porting cams. However, Bob opted for the 427 cid version and the 6-speed ZF/M6 trans.

Lee's car is a 350 cid LT5 motor, fully ported, cammed, headers, and is being fitted for nitrous (but did not use the "bottle" that day).

Dom's 350 cid LT5 sports Pete's intake and exhaust cams and full porting, headers, 3" exhausts w/ NPP gates. He's running with 19" wheels the srock trans, and 373 (?) rear end, and his own tune.

My ZR-1 is fully ported, headers, 3" exhausts, w/ the stock trans and 3.45 rear. My best time at that track was 12.4 @ 121 on a much cooler day. I opted to take photos instead and keep my car in ready reserve, should it be needed in case of a breakdown. Fortunately, nobody broke down this year!

As I said, the technical descriptions aren't detailed, leaving that to their respective owners. But, at least you have some of the pertinent information. (I hope some of it is actually accurate!)
