The LT-5 Emblems that match the C-4 ZR-1 Bumper Emblems were not GM products.

Although they were available in most C-4 colors they were privately made reproductions.

I actually still have my Ruby one that I purchased.
They look great and match the ZR-1 in size, style and font.
The only real difference is they had no locating pins on the back.

I do not know who actually produced them, but am 99.44% certain that it was not General Motors, nor one of their reproduction affiliates.
