There are only about 6000 or so of these engines on the planet, and up until a few years ago the cam sensors were readily available I think I got mine from Jerrys gaskets about 4 years ago. But with such low production numbers I don't think it would make sense for any automaker to keep manufacturing runs of parts for a part that did not fail much in the first 20 years of service. In any case I hope your new sensor works for you. Mine did.
