I use Turtle Wax Ice interior:

You can pick it up at the Zone, Wally World, or most other auto parts stores. However I don't use it on my interior. I use it on my tires and on the underhood plastics and hoses. It cleans and does not attract dust while not having a shine. I am not much on "shine" I want it clean. Any metal I tend to use WD40 however you WILL attract the dust...
