Thank you for the reply. These brakes actually had very good grip at lower temps. From what I have been reading it is the carbon-carbon type that need a lot of heat to work well.

Unfortunately I don't have any previous experience with either.

The car owner wanted to try them because of the weight savings so we don't have any engineering input prior to installation.

I'll search for engineering expertise as you suggest.
