Default Custom DIC...

So I have always thought it would be cool to have some newer tech in my 1990 ZR-1. I have a newer radio with Bluetooth and HD Radio, but since I have been toying with switching my gauges to white/black I realized the DIC Full power light would be an issue.

My thought now was to try and come up with something cool and different. This is my take with an LCD. I know I am missing some lights and the full power will be the ZR-1 script changing from amber (or white) to red. Might add the text ‘Full Power’ underneath the full power mode. Thought this would be cool and different

Jeff. Are you driving the screen from the car's computer? If so very cool.

Sort of.. I would use all the DIC lines in the car and convert them to 5v signals to an Arduino, which handles the logic for the display

I realize I don't have the Low Tire or Service LTPS lights. Also need a Active ABS light.

I will not bother with the LTPS lights.. I will figure out the Active ABS Light.. I also need tweak the colors a bit. . with the screen bezel, it will fit the spot almost prefectly

Thanks, I need to play with it a bit more as I might add Ext and Int temps since I don’t have C68. Those could read across the top or both corners. Have not decided yet
