Default Stock Catalytic Converter

Hello, No problems or issues. While under the 92 Z, I noticed that the flange for the drivers side Cat, well the holes are very much off center and 2 maybe 3 bolts would ever go in, Has anybody else seen this on their cars?

Are we talking about OEM exhaust manifold? Or cats?

Are you saying you have 2 holes not lining up between exhaust manifold flange and thread for the bolt on the block w/ bolts missing?
Both 91 I had and 94 I have now do not have this issue.

Just curious if that came out of the factory like that. Eventually the motor is going to be shipped off the Marc h for a overhaul will tackle that then.
