Headlights and Horns
Were the lenses of the OEM headlight units glass or plastic? And is there anything distinguishing the horn units from those found on the standard 1900 C4 models? Appreciated. gjp

Horns should be the same with all corvettes.. Notes (tones) changed at some model year point though I think
OEM Headlights were plastic

I think my 91 bought new had glass lens. My 94 bought in 2000 had plastic lens. I assume 94 still had OEM headlights.

My 89 regular vette had plastic, not sure what my 90 Z had when I got it

I have had 2, 91MY both had plastic lenses with beige plastic reflector. I replaced them with the best all glass ones to see at night. Sold the yet working plastic ones to the NCRS guys. Of course replaced the gear pucks in all the flip mechanisms. Cleaned and reused the gear.
