Yeah, that's the best part about staying at H-Inn. You can drink your fill and still stagger to bed.

You made the right choice, for sure. RARELY, do I ever have an issue at a Holiday Inn. Pretty consistent.

Hope to meet you there.

Just made our reservation for the trip....since my birthday is May 16th, what better way to celebrate than with the 25th Anniv for the ZR-1???

Would also like the private tour, had one back in 98, with a worker at the plant, that we knew very well at the time. Don't know if he still works there or not, lost contact with him many years ago.

With all this talk about reservation, room rates and who's coming from where, I think the track day discussion has gotten lost.

The track day activities....

Is this going to be actual laps at speed or is this going to be pace laps behind an instructor who's driving at 7/10ths?

Also, will this be an actual "day" or just a brief session on the track?

Finally, any idea on cost?

Thanks.

More importantly, do I have to upgrade my helmet - i doubt they will accept an SA2005 anymore.

The retired SCCA fire/rescue worker that I am, I can remember people asking that question back in the day when I worked at various racetracks in the southwest.

My answer always was, why would you even ask if you already knew there was a helmet meeting a newer, safer specification available?
