David,

Here is a helpful video I used recently.

Also, I posted a few pics on this thread. I did not replace my rear wheel bearings, as they were in great shape. Just removed, cleaned up the splines, lubed, and put back together.

Hope it helps. Wasn't bad with the proper tools.

What is the part number for the concave washer. Mine was pretty well corroded.

Thanks, Phil.

Got all my parts ordered. I decided to spend the extra money and get the USA made Timkens. I read several threads on different sites of installing the Chinese sourced Timkens only to find out they were bad right out of the box. I only want to do this once. Ordered the Teflon washer from GM Parts Direct ($11 for 2) and my Spicer half shaft u-joints from DennysDriveshaft.com.

I'm sure it will all make sense once I get started but I'm assuming I'll take out the half shafts first since that will give me easier access to the T-55's for the hub assembly? Any tips?

So, it turns out Ecklers was the only place I could find USA made Timken's. I ordered 2 but they only have one and not scheduled to get any more in until the end of the year(?). Does anyone know of a place that carries them?

Thanks, a ton. I'm working with a couple of local parts houses (not O'Reilly's or AZ...real parts houses) that say they can get them. They should be in tomorrow. We'll see if they're USA or not. I'm thinking they are because of the price point.

Thanks, as well. Pretty certain these are Chinese. I haven't found any place that had USA made for under $200. Chinese sourced are in the $100 to $140 range.

Thanks for your help, guys.
