I started to cover the bolt heads with tape but found is easier to use small sticky's I got from an office supply store. Here is my post on it. Went back and touched them up after I was done.

Steve. I had read your post. It was only after reading it that I had said to myself, "I can do that!". Your motor came out fantastic. George

I'm looking forward to following your progress on this.

Excellent! I'm glad you'll be driving it.

FX3 shock actuators: Cleaning up some actuators for the car. Some of them have numbers scratched in the tops. Now these are all rears from two different cars. Anyone with ideas? Not that it is a big deal.

Anyone with a pair of fronts in good shape?

Fascinating project!

Oh, and as it happens, Ami and I just got back home, after running Route 66 (sort of: I-40, 44, & 55 follows 66) all the way home from AZ. It will be a fascinating trip - some very beautiful places along the way, especially through AZ!

Keep me in mind when you get to Oklahoma. We live just about 3 miles south of Rt 66, near Arcadia, OK, where the round barn is. Would be fun to meet up with you.
