The ramps are in fact different between atleast 91 and later. I have a set of the later I bought years ago and the design was changed at some point.

IDK about y'all, but if wiper blades on my other vehicles last more than 6 months, it is the exception. New blades about 2wice a year - MORE is you're like Ami and try to wipe frost off the glass w/ the wipers...

I have pictures of the 2 types of wiper ramps if somebody can post them and yes,Photo Bucket still sucks @$$.

I'll second that. If you are talking about the aerosol that sprays out a foamy kind of mixture. It smells great as well.
EDIT: Also if you have some crap on your glass, a light spray of cleaner followed by some wiping with newspapers works great.

Believe it or not, a great performer and inexpensive aerosol that sprays out a foamy mixture can be found at Walmart. It is Sprayway
