Some overall shots of the Fun Field......and the grandstand......which used to be filled to capacity years gone by as the activity schedule was different from what it is today....

Mike Furman from Criswell Chevrolet, the #1 Corvette Salesman in the USA talking to a group from around the world who had an interest in some Corvette parts....
And our own Dempsey from Evolution Motorsport Engineering with his space displaying services offered by his shop.....and maybe catching a few nods in the process.....lol
Plus the tent of Corvettes from Kerbeck, the #1 Corvette Dealer.....

Al Knoch Interiors is there each year with his trailer and does installations by previous appointments.....always busy.....
The swap isles are not what they used to be....although vendors are abundant...there was a time when the isles were jammed packed almost shoulder to shoulder room only.....how times have changed with the internet....as now some of the big stores take few parts and setup a virtual store to take orders.....
The license plate vendor who is also here each year and what a selection he has to offer.....
Actually the open areas are a plus as it gives you breathing room to check everything out....

This was the area for the 67 Corvette display which featured great looking 67's in all configurations.....
And my obsession with BB's is apparent here with pics of BB Vettes and their engines....which you can see more of on my FB BBC Page if interested.....

More BB's to view.....always wanted a 3x2 setup and even thought about putting one on the 74......but they do cost some $$$$ to acquire....lol

Beautiful 1961 Pontiac Catalina Convertible @Carlisle.......you never know what you'll see next......lol
And the Friday night Pizza party right outside the gate given by Adam's Polishes each year......free pizza.....wine....beer....and soft drinks.....and prize giveaways make for a fun evening and the weather was perfect....
some of our members in the crowd.....
Of course Charlie (our official ZR-1 Registry cook) standing there wishing for a pulled pork sandwich instead of pizza......lol

Back to our Registry spot with some great engine shots.....these LT5's are done to perfection.....can't remember who they belong to.....but the last 3 are Phil's.....with an action shot of him cleaning the rear window.....lol

A meeting of the minds with the first group.....and I won't begin to tell you what they were talking about......lol
Of course everyone visits Carlisle.....not just humans....lol
The second meeting of the minds.....well they just had to sit down.....they couldn't stand any longer....lol

This next group of pics were taken from the hotel parking lot where many of us stayed......this was a very rare opportunity to have a group of ZR-1's line up for photos outside of Carlisle.....the setting was perfect.....we started out with 6 and when the others arrived we had 9 ZR-1's line up just right.....and the night shots were phenomenal to say the least.....with some photo shop on some....you do have the perfect pic.....
Quite a few of us did not pass up the opportunity to snap pics.....
