1) Replace the battery. Clean cable ends if necessary
2) Inspect the fuel tank. Clean/replace as necessary 3) Replace fuel pumps 4) Replace fuel filter 5) Replace injectors 6) Pull the fuel rails, flush them and replace the o-rings 7) Inspect engine wiring and connections. Repair as necessary 8) Inspect coolant hoses. Repair as necessary. 9) Change the coolant. 10) Replace the coolant fill cap 11) Replace the oil hoses 12) Change oil and filter 13) Inspect power steering hoses. Replace as necessary 13) Change power steering fluid. 14) Pull the ign fuses. 15) Crank the engine until oil pressure is up. 16) Replace the ign fuse, start engine and run until oil temp. is nominal 17) Diagnose any fault codes and repair as necessary 18) Remove the wheels 19) Replace brake hoses 20) Bleed the brakes 21) Replace the tires and reinstall the wheels. 22) Lube ball joints 23) Change the trans and axle lubes 24) Road test

In addition to the ignition fuses(?) ya might
wanna pull the injector 1&2 fuses when ya spin it over to bring up oil pressure before lite off? This keeps the injectors from squirting. |
