Right, that I understand but

how do you know when your year is up?

Example, if I joined for the first time in July, do I renew each July or does it switch to End of Calendar year?

I am guessing it is at the end of the year or beginning.. I just want to know when if there is a specific month or 2 to renew

I could be wrong, but I believe it switches to calendar year basis.

I believe everyone has to renew at year's end. However you are right, generally there is some notification around late November or so about it.

The new 09 shirt was being made and should be ready soon (if not already).

Don't forget there is transition with a new Membership Director (George Jones). Wanted to thank Bill Hedberg for his many great years of keeping the Registry organized and well run.

I can't wait to get the new shirt myself.... Hey Mom, when can we get'm!!!!!

I'm transitioning into the new position as rapidly as possible and will be sending membership packets to renewals and new members as soon as possible. It is my goal to try to ship the packets within 1-2 days of membership renewal so that everyone will receive their cards, t-shirts, etc. in a timely manner. The job is obviously new to me so bear with me as I "learn" the new routine. Thanks.

Membership Director (incoming)
