Default 1990 ZR1 charcoal canister

I had to remove the front bumper Facia on a 1990 zr1 to replace a fog light housing and somehow disconnected a couple lines from the top of the charcoal canister. Where do these lines connect?

A single line shown in first photo comes out of top of canister and goes to a "T" and both lines from the "T" are open. Does either line connect to anything?

And.......there is a trick or two on removing the front bumper Facia and the fog light housing if you ever have to do that job
