Renewal Payment - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

I tried to renew my membership using a credit card but it requires one to use a paypal account too which I do not have or want. Can you correct that screen.

Tyler,

Just saw your post - When you get to the end of the transaction, and the website takes you to the PayPal website, there is a tab at the bottom that reads “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. From there, you can enter your credit or debit card information without a PayPal membership. If you have any problems, please let me know and I can process your renewal over the phone (placed at the end of my email, membership@zr1netregistry.com).

Very glitchy.
...final receipt shows membership address in Alabama. I live in NY and had changed this in a previous screen. It did not allow me to just pay by credit card as I intended, it recognized I have a PayPal account and directed me to log in. Same credit card is linked to paypal account.

...I can certainly understand renewal frustrations. Hopefully the guy in Alabama brings my shirt to Carlisle.

I noticed the Alabama thing too and fixed to the correct state during the check out. Seems like it defaults to the beginning with states; although, the rest of the address information was stored properly.
Checkout was easy using paypal. Good to see there is a way to use visa if ever needed. Took me a little bit to find where the renewal is, but finally found it under the information tab.

Thanks for everyone's renewals!

We work to get them in prior to the end of the year in order to firm up our t-shirt order numbers. Once we get a t-shirt design finalized, we'll send it out to everyone and provide an opportunity for everyone to order additional shirts with their memberships. We'll keep everyone posted.

Regarding the Alabama issue, I look at any renewal with Alabama listed as the state and double check against your address on file or ZIP code to ensure it's correct. At worst, I'll send an email to clarify.
