What hurts the value of the ZR1 is its generation....There's really not any C4 Corvette through the roof on pricing....

Take a C3 L-88 Corvette and they sell anywhere from 5-800,000 and the only difference aestheticly from other C-3s like it is the hood bulge...Of course the motor is another story..

If in the future any C-4 will demand a high price it will definately be in my opinion, the ZR1...

I watched it too, pretty encouraging actually. Higher than many recent sales yes, but not necessarily over-valued. A good 90 with 23k on it and some aftermarket changes sells for 29 grand, definitely a good thing. The ruby car that sold right before it also got a very strong price, which made me watch the ZR-1 that much more closely.

Maybe the C4 is finally getting a little respect from the market.

Big Block, Smeeg Block...

You could get a Big Block in a school bus
or a dump truck!

Remember: they only have one cam!

The announcer made an interesting remark when discussing the GS. He said that "with the exception of the ZR-1, it was the most collectable!"
