They've cut some of the floor out, and are farting around with some I beams. Must be a union job, there are 47 of them scurrying around doing the work of 3.

yup in the old days the whole project would be done by now of course it would have been done by a group of 12 year olds working 12 hour days 7 days a week but that would just be the cost of doing business. and who knows how many deaths there would have been doing the project. Oh well they're lucky to have had jobs.:-(

One death / $30 million in construction.

I spent a year batching concrete on the Neuse River / US 70 bridge, New Bern NC. $120 million, no deaths. One guy got raked across some Nelson studs, broken ribs, and a crane tipped over with a gashed forehead, and a fight over some found pot plants - no spleef on the jobsite guys

Thanks to several guys here for sending parts FREE; BearlyFlying, WeGone, Geezer, GoldCylon, and more there, TonyD, mike100, fletchusmc...

I would think the longer the other three cars are buried, the more moisture damage to the running gear would be occurring. Wish they would at least pull the spider out!!! Seems like they could do that fairly safely!!!

Looks like they're starting to suck out dirt now that the overhang of concrete has been mostly removed.
