Default Should I break this up?

I was trying to sell all this timing stuff as a whole on ebay (or anywhere else for that matter) as it was easier to box ship etc as a whole. Thinking of listing individual parts, But it does go from one listing to many, and ebay has a store limit. What say ya'll?

I would as it would be the best bang for the buck.

I would recommend the following

1. Chains (customers will want to know miles. Very slow sell, if at all, because it's sorta scary putting used chains in considering the cost & consequences)
2. Sprockets (miles again, sprocket wear & bearing cond unknown)
3. Tensioners & Housings (probably the first item to go. People break the housings. If you could reset tensioners, it would help the sale)
4. Chain Guides w/facings (Missing the Primary Guide)(no one ever buys guides, they just don't wear out) Used facings virtually worthless now.

I think you will have to really get low on the price for 1, 2 & 4 to move them.

I hear you. The LT5 is just a very durable engine and a very small market. I still believe at least a third of all ZR-1's made have under 1,000 miles and are sitting in a garage somewhere with over $65,000 invested for 20+ years, still waiting to get back to even.

It's a bitch to have to make 2,000 of a part just to be able to get it done at all. I won't live long enough to break even on the guide facings. but at least we have them now.

Good luck with the sale(s).

My low mile parts, chains, sprockets, guides, tensioners will probaly end up in my motor one day. Isn't their some measurements that can be taken that will tell you if its worn out... like a sprocket bearing as an example ?

No bearing on the sprocket, it slides on the end on the camshaft snout. And is machined with one flat 2 bolt motors and two flats 4 bolt motors. Then it's the vomer plate for timing, then the washer and bolt that holds it together.
