call your order in @ the NCM... ZR1net members get a 25% discount. Did you make hotel reservations @ the Holiday Inn? We have a hospitality suite there and we need people to get rooms to "get it free" for the club. Free beer / pizza on wednesda and the keg will be there the remainder of the week. ![]() David |

I was reading the GS Forum and it appears we can run during T&T's. Below is the schedule. Right now the NCM schedule has us running on Thursday. The Gathering has the Jingles Run scheduled all day too. Will anyone be going on Thursday as the schedule shows? I know several had problems getting there for that day. http://www.gsnationals.com/Schedule.pdf http://buickgsclubofamerica.yuku.com...s-BG-Nats.html Test & Tune Tuesday...............3:00 pm - close* Saturday.............9:00 am - 11:30 amWednesday.........10:30 am - 5:00 pm Thursday............10:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday.................2:00 pm - 7:30 pm

John, I plan on traveling back with you on Sunday. Your schedule shows you stopping in Nebraska City on the way back. I will probably just drive the remaining hour and half or so home.

Nice to know I'll have a little company for awhile anyway. Two months left and I haven't even registered yet. I tried this AM but couldn't get to the registration.

Been gone for a couple of weeks - I'm now in for a "Pound". Registered for the Rally with the NCM without seeing Dave post. It's for a good cause so what's a couple of bucks!
If I remember right I signed up for the Jingles Tour, 24 Hr, AutoCross and Banquet. I so want to get the ZR out for a spin (no pun intended). Last Sat afternoon the roads were mostly dry, still a lot of puddles to dodge - the snow is almost gone!

dont worry mike...you're not the only one waiting for snow to melt. It's just not melting up here in the nw part of the state. I've put off a few little things so need to hurry so Im ready when roads actually do clear up. I'd love to do the BG thing...but it's busy season at work and probably shouldnt take it off. I'm sure I'll see you at BHCC tho.

Jeff/John: I was just re-looking at the schedule for the 10th.
North Platte to Nebraska City = 273 mile/4.5 hours (y'al lose an hour:Mtn to Cntr Time Neb City to KC = 144/2.5 KC to O'Fallon = 216/3.5 Time-wise that's 11.5 driving time. No potty breaks, no gas, no food, no nothing. Can we "afford" to stop in KC for ribs? The last time I was in a KC rib place for lunch it was a 2 hour stop. That would put us into O'Fallon after 8PM. Last year going to BG the traffic between KC and St Louise area was BAD! Just something to think about.

Just a heads up; Gates BBQ can run large numbers of folks through very quickly. They are almost like a fast food joint time wise, but the food is great. That's why I suggested it. Unless you aren't going to stop at all, you will not save time going somewhere else to eat in KC. You are right though KC to St. Louis is always pretty busy.
