Hey Keith,
My recommendation is for Nitto NT555 G2 from Discounttiredirect.com. They are great all around performance tire at a reasonable price.

I have to agree with this also.
I put Nittos on mine last summer and have had no issues with them for normal driving around. Did a lot of research before buying and couldn't find anything close for the money.
I did put the (drag radial ?) on the rear. About the same money. I just liked the look.

I put Nittos on Girlfriend back in October, love them.
Quiet, sticky, and look good.
Half the cost of GSC's.

I'm running 18in Nitto 555's, the DR's in the rear, very grippy, first gear is actually usable with these i.e. doesn't result in instant wheel spin. My old Pilot Sports lasted a long time but they got hard as rocks and I was getting nothing but wheel spin in first and I could break them loose in second too if I wasn't careful. The Nittos probably won't last as long but I'll take good traction over tire life any day... and they were a whole lot cheaper.

What size are your wheels, Keith? Are you still running those TorqThrustII’s? For stock sizes as previously stated the Nittos are the best value price/Performance. Sumitomos are the cheapest and perform adequately. If you have other sizes a larger selection is open to you. I’m my opinion the best street tire in the market is the the Michelin SuperSport. Good luck, you still thinking about selling your beast?

It looks like I am going with the Nitto G2 in 30 days if Goodyear has not made the D3 by then. The rear size has been out of stock since early fall.
Tire Buyer has a 10% discount now. The site says 4 tires in the stock sizes are about $610.00.
Good luck with the purchase.
