Re: Marc Haibeck Nomination to NCM Hall of Fame
Just to update you on Marc's nomination for the NCM Hall of Fame...
You've probably noticed that NCM has now issued the call for 2013 nominations. Our package is ready to go and thanks to the over 20 people that sent great letters, the submission looks great. However, with the competition for induction being so stiff now, I have solicited letters from a couple of "big names" in the Corvette World and hope to have a response within a week or two at the most. We're working hard to try and break the trend of not being successful with a first-time nomination. I will keep you posted. Bob L. |

Re: Haibeck sucess story
Great job Bob! Keep it going. During the Gathering this year, a member had a failure during the drag racing event. Marc was right there, diagnosing, directing, and repairing the problem. He is truly an enthusiast/racer always willing to help out.

By the way, are you thinking of joining the Corvette corral at Belle Isle in a couple of weeks? I am trying to clear a conflict and will join in if so. |

Re: Haibeck sucess story
Would be very pleased to do anything and everything I can do to promote Marc as a corvette/ZR1 guru and as an outstanding individual.
However being as thick as a stump I could use someone to point me in the correct dierction? Please. |
