I actually prefer PayPal for several reasons. Always using credit cards has your data, name, card number, exp date, and code on the back spread out all over the internet and the world. I use my credit card on PayPal as the payment method for all Paypal purchases. That way, Paypal has that info, but not all the places you might buy something on-line. Using HTTPS:// ensures the back and forth communication with PayPal is encrypted. Then there is the convenience of not having to create an account or even guest purchase where you have to input all the info. Paypal handles the name and delivery address with the vendor so it is quick and easy. You only have to fill the shopping cart with what you are buying. The net result is the same. All the purchases end up on the credit card.
