Re: 1995 ZR-1
Routine maintenance has turned into routine repair. Fixed up a few things, put on the Fikses, & a wash. What a fun car: 6k miles, yellow/beige, 4.10s...and a crazy 380 at the wheels with a B&B (hmmm).

Back in the mix...kind of. Haibeck 415 is home. Bigger valves, better tune. Multiple attention to detail fixes. Break in period is PAINFUL. It rumbles differently than before. Other 415 took its spot at Marc's. I think we all know but the ZR-1 community is extremely privileged to have him. Ted Last edited by Demps; 10-30-2022 at 10:28 AM. |

Re: 1995 ZR-1
The FIKSE FM-5s are some of the nicest 5 spokes available for the ZR-1

What a great Florida day. 70 degrees. Totally stock white car and cammed 415 yellow car. Couldn't be more different. Ted Last edited by Demps; 11-13-2022 at 06:51 AM. |

Re: 1995 ZR-1
Thanks to Marc for the return of my 415 (Yellow). Took it for some more break in miles.
Image1668981276.690869.jpg Image1668981287.160703.jpg Needed a drive in a car that requires a different kind of respect. Cool 50 degree Florida day with a cammed, 4.30 gear rocket. There was a 385 LPE drive in between. Ted |

Re: 1995 ZR-1
I have to say that youir AB is BEAUTIFUL!
Congratulations on your entire collection. And can I ask: what did Marc find/do to the 415? Ted

Re: 1995 ZR-1
Ted,
A little bit of everything, unfortunately. Basically a rebuild. While in there, bigger valves were installed. I have another at his shop now for a refresh. It has stock cams and a little less porting. Excited to get it back. Ted |
