You're right, off the grid = much more accurate LOL...sold my townhouse/bought a SF house in 2015, and it's a fixer-upper like my 2 C4s! Unf have had lots of health issues the last coupla yrs...had surgery in 2016, getting ready for another surgery next month.

Am hoping I feel better soon and can jump back into events with you guys again!
