I have used ww for years and it was in the zr1s that ran and set the 24 hr records, I run it in my cummings diesels also.

WWs primary use is for tracks where they dont allow coolant to be used so no slippery spills

Tried it without and with coolant yrs ago made absolutely no difference
Ran it with straight water car overheated.

Street cars just run the reg coolant mixture you dont need it
If its getting warm upgrade radiator and fans.

It has its place dont think streetcars is it.
Increasing surface tension in water is as simple as dropping a few drops of dawn in a sink...watch. (no dont add soap to your radiator lol)
