saw that at carlise last year and chuckled. GM will hardly admit we exist and yet name the race motor after us.

What is on top of that motor ? Looks like a toaster or something ... Get your motor running in the morning kitchen utinsul perhaps ...

Lame. I thought an LT5 point anything would share some similar features. As in DOHC. IMHO.

Rough crowd here. Obviously not an RPO like our LT5 is/was. Directed more towards brand recognition of currently available parts out of the Chev Performance Parts catalogue. Trying to sell more LS/LT/LSX crate engines.
This GEN 5 335 race engine gets 3% better fuel economy and more power than the GEN 4 engine. Makes a difference over a 24 hour race.


Here is a closer image of that intake. The racing stuff always looks weird when its out of the car. The racing Vettes have always had funky looking intakes, ever since they started using the 427 in the C5R Vettes. Nice tight fit.
