45 and I feel like an antique. Oh wait, the car.

And yeah, simply getting my new annual tag in the mail a couple weeks ago was a dream compared to the nightmare I had last year.

yeah but what does your state say about that antique plate? How can you drive it?

Michigan if I have an antique plate I can't drive it like I want so I'll stick to regular plates.

Insurance is even worse.

"Historic" ugh? Yes, it's historic all right... No emissions is a very sweet extra too! Congrats Dave!

Over here in the People's Republic of New York it's 25 years for "Antique", and they still test if your ride is OBDI or newer....and they charge more for the plates!!!!

Hey Dave when would be a good time to call you???

Next year I can get "Classic" plates. Nevada requirements are 25 years and 5k or less per year driving. Plates are cheaper and NO Emissions!

Pulling my long tubes to pass inspection . May not have the motivation to swap back after... You guys are lucky. CA used to have a 30 year rolling exemption, but it only lasted 2 years before they changed that law.
