Default Makes no sense to sell...

I've kind of run out of garage space since I added a Ferrari Testarossa and had thought about selling my ZR1. I bought it a few years ago for just under $30,000 and have spent maybe $15,000 in parts making it better. Retail is probably $20-25,000 for the car. It doesn't make any sense to sell it. Better to add garage space and enjoy the car. But it is sad to see the ZR1 prices languishing. I have always thought it was the best of the Vettes and yet the market obviously disagrees.

Agreed. I don't understand the ZR-1 C4 market. So under appreciated!

I too know what you're saying. I've got a nice low mile ZR-1 and it's been for sale almost 2 years, but I'm not going to Give it away.

The collectors market as a whole is down. Cars are selling for a lot less than they did just 2 years ago. Apparently people are investing their money elsewhere.

Keep them.

Drive them.

ENJOY them!

They are no longer going down in value, so at worst, it's free!

Gorden, I remember you from the RX-7club forum! I was adamrs80 on there. PM me and tell me about your car, I might be interested. I know you always take care of your cars. I hope you're doing well.

I remember Gordon from that forum as well, small world. That was/is a gorgeous FD that was well thought out and executed upon.

With the stock market at almost 21,000 it's probably obvious where people are putting there money....Agreed that car prices are down all over.....Now that the ZR-1 is getting to be antique age , prices may start slowly to come around..
