Vacuum pump

If my secondaries are wired open, and eliminated in the tune, do I need my vacuum pump?

NO........you do NOT need your vacuum pump
You can put it on the shelf or just disconnect the electrical as you may want to go back to Secondaries as a future option since you "wired" the secondaries rather than eliminated them

Just remember to block the Drivers Side Plenum Vacuum Source when you disconnect the vacuum pump to assure there is no open vacuum line to Plenum.
There is an arrow to that Plenum Vacuum between the middle two runners of the Plenum on the Drivers side below. I installed a threaded plug but you can just place a rubber cap over the nipple as you like or even Silicon seal the nipple which silicon seal is removable later.

Or u could use plenum vacuum to operate flapper valves for ur exhaust.
