Possible this is an early prototype floor of runner is 5.5" long.... primary is 36.5mm and secondary is 37.5mm

This looks like this manifold is begging for a roots style blower. Make an adapter plate and throw a 871 blower on it. Haha

It would be cool to see a modified plenum that leverages a newer eaton style blower. Take a LSA blower and put the two together. Then use modern engine management to control it all.
