Scuderia Southwest is a group of people who share a common interest in great automobiles; sports cars, exotics, muscle cars and classics.
There is no club to join, no dues, no rules and no drama. Just a good time and maybe a cup of coffee.
We typically gather the first Saturday of every month at the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Doubletree in the Shops at Gainey Village.
We will occasionally suggest themes for the gathering, but it is always open to all makes and models of cars and motorcycles.
Photographers are always welcome.
Please come join the fun!

Fun Run - Seligman to Topock-Golden Shores May 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2014
**ENTRY FEE $50.00 PER VEHICLE (AFTER APRIL 19, 2014 - $55.00)
Includes T-shirt, Dash plaque, Show-N-Shine, Award
Ceremony, License Plate, and much, much more from Seligman to Topock/
Golden Shores. Every year, the Association invites you to participate in the 'Annual Route 66 Fun Run.' First held in 1988, the Fun Run has attracted people from all over the U.S. and many foreign countries.
The three-day event, held the first weekend of May begins in Seligman and travels 140 miles to Topock/Golden Shores. The event is open to all street legal vehicles--Buses, bikes, RV's or roadsters, station wagons or Shelbys --
As in the past, we will start the festivities in Seligman on Friday with registration, music, entertainment, and checking out the sights of Seligman.
Saturday morning the vehicles will start to line up in preparation for the start of the FUN RUN to Kingman. Since this is not a timed event please feel free to stop along the way to enjoy refreshments, western dance, sample the Hualapai Tribe BBQ and check out the other vehicles as they cruise by.
Upon arrival in Kingman sometime in the afternoon we will be lining up the vehicles (not only cars but busses, vans, cycles and RVs) on Route 66 and at the Powerhouse for viewing and fun judging. Entertainment, activities and vendors all day. Evening activities, downtown Kingman activities and entertainment sponsored by the Downtown Merchants Association.
Sunday morning the vehicles will line up for the run to Topock/Golden Shores for the final get-together and awards. Again, not a timed run so there is plenty of time to stop along the way with Oatman being a fun place. We promise to have each and every burro in the neighborhood on the hoof to meet and greet our FUN RUNNERS.
We hope to see you there!
Throughout the day and evening, join in the fun with music and lots of great entertainment. To make the most of your weekend on Route 66, begin your adventure by visiting the eastern towns of Holbrook, Winslow, Flagstaff, Williams and Ash Fork prior to arriving in Seligman.
Each of these towns offers unique 66 sightseeing, and a peek into the past. They are also geared up to welcome Fun Runners, so be sure and stop for a while if you've got the chance, coming or heading home. It'll put you (or keep you) in the spirit of 66! On Saturday morning, the parade of cars leaves Seligman and travels west on Historic Route 66, a designated Arizona Scenic Road, through the Grand Canyon Caverns area, Peach Springs, Truxton, Valentine, Hackberry and Valle Vista before reaching Kingman.
Along the way, each area adds a different touch to the celebration: Native American dances, barbeques, souvenirs, scenic vistas and historical buildings. The Show-N-Shine in Kingman gives you a chance to enjoy viewing all the vehicles that are proudly displayed. Day-long festivities carry into the evening for music, street dance and cruise night.
On Sunday morning, the parade of cars leaves Kingman, traveling through the famous Black Mountains to Oatman, for a look at the wild west. From here, Historic Route 66 is designated a Scenic Back Country Byway, and winds down to the edge of the Colorado River and the Arizona/California border. The town of Topock/Golden Shores, nestled on Arizona's side of the Colorado River, hosts the Awards Ceremony and Farewell Reception.

NASA Arizona strives to deliver the highest quality club level motorsports events to enthusiasts in the state of Arizona. Our region is only one out of 15 regions covering nearly every track in America! NASA is the largest National organization with a “tiered driving system” that allows enthusiasts of any skill level a place to drive their car on track regardless if they are a 1st time novice, a veteran racer or somewhere in between.
NASA Arizona frequents all three road courses at Firebird International Raceway (FIR) in Chandler, INDE Motorsports Ranch in Willcox, Arizona Motorsports Park (AMP) in Litchfield Park as well as Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in Desert Center, CA. We also have occassional ”crossover events” with other NASA regions at great tracks such as AutoClub Speedway (formeraly “Cal Speedway”), Willow Springs, Miller Motorsports Park and Buttonwillow just to name a few. NASA also host an annual National Championship were the best of the best meet to duke it out for top honors at famous tracks such as Miller Motorsports Park (2009-2010) and Mid Ohio (2005-2008, 2011-2012). The location for the 2013 NASA Nationals is still TBD.
Other clubs may claim to be the “premier racing organization”. We feel confident that we put on the most organized and well run events in the state and simply choose to not self proclaim what kind of club we are. We simply let our membership speak on our behalf.
