Default MAP Sensor Cover

Thrown around several ideas.....I thought it would be fitting with the Stillwater plant closing, and if any of the team would be open to using their name.. as a tribute

Lee,

Pretty cool idea. Do you just have dreams of this stuff? I mean when you are sleeping instead of "ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ" it is "ZZZZZZZZZZZZZR-1"? Keep em' coming...........

Not a bad idea, there Lee! Are you thinking a stick-on label or an aluminum "name plate" attaching to the cover, or an entire replacement for the cover...??

The name plate - black anodized with etched lettering/numerals?

I'm sure it would sell, and be a nice tribute to Merc.

P.

This would be made of brass and same thickness as emblems and same quality; I would look into having factory stamp the model year and dates or see if I can do them.

Hell Maybe we can talk Jerry into having the factory workers sign them with a etch pen

Keep in mind that the picture here is pretty crude in comparison to what the product will be, I made that with Windows Paint......cutting and pasting
