I'm guessing I'm not seeing a stock exhaust system, or should I look at it again.....To me stock is just how you bought it out of the showroom..

Pretty well documented. Claimed 475chp? I'd like to see the dyno sheets.
Maybe Ranger of C6Z06 fame was driving.

With a ported motor and headers, I've run 12.4 at 121 mph. Similar setup and Marc Haibeck has turned in a 12.2.

Most all of the ported, headers, aftermarket exhaust 500+ 5.7L (FBI) ZR-1s with stock gears run in that neighborhood. Cutting a 11.89 sec in a stock ZR-1...is pretty remarkable - especially for a 475 chp motor.

Looking at the nicely polished motor, you know it has been apart..
