Default DRM Bias Spring install

I have this sitting in my basement from over a year ago. I would like to install it this weekend and flush my brakes on the Vette before my first track day of the year. I have read a few posts and it sounds like after install(which is a PITA) the master cylinder needs to be bled along with the rest of the braking system.

Steps:
1. Replace spring
2. Bleed master cylinder
3. Flush brake fluid

Does this all sound correct? How hard is it to remove the spring? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The spring is very easy to replace, you do not have to remove the MC or anything. Follow the instructions by taking out the cylinder, replace spring, but back in and then bleed system.

Bleeding brakes on the Z is easy, start at passenger front, passenger rear, driver rear then driver front, in that order. The spring change makes a noticeable difference in your stopping difference plus now your back wheels get dirty like the front.

I just got done bleeding the brakes. I didn't bleed the master cylinder after spring replacement. The pedal is very firm withe car off. I will be interested to see how it does.

Review to come soon.
