It's possible you have a Tech1A labeled as a Tech1. if it has the RJ network style probe plug in the side, it's a tech1A.

I mostly use the mass storage cartridge, but the BCM one does some functions. I'm hoping to never need to use it to reprogram a cluster, but I'm gonna hit you up GC if it ever comes to it

I have one of the ABS cartridges, but haven't tried much with it.
