Smile Raptor twin turbo

Corey Henderson is in the final stages of tuning the 90's Raptor twin turbo project. He said it should be done this week.

Is this one of the Raptors that Ron Hanselman was working one a few years ago. What ever happened to that project. Last I heard tuning was an issue.

This is Mr. Hanselman's project. Corey Henderson has re-designed parts of the system. If I understand right Corey had the car running on the original ecm, but is now tuning using the mega-squirt system. He has not mentioned any tuning problems, but I guess we will know in the next few days.

Yes, I will be going to New Braunfels to pick up the car, if I don't get it sold first. This is a low compression build. I think 9:1. Lozano Brothers did the machine work on the engine which has new rods and pistons. Corey suggested original cams and that is what it has. The engine had been ported and polished at South Georgia Corvettes. Also has new clutch and pressure plate with bigger after market radiator. It is a 368 ci.

So figuring around 540/550 chp. For a NA 368 with those mods. What is the speculation it might be with the turbos?

Should be around 9 psi. That is around 725 hp at the engine. I'm guessing Corey is busy trying to stay dry right about now.
